Yves podiatry is directly accessible, which means that a referral from your (GP) or specialist is not necessary.To make it easy, a national questionnaire has been drawn up. If you fill in YES to 1 of the questions below, please contact our practice. A referral from the doctor or specialist may still be required.

  1. Have you had an accident/trauma recently?
  2. Did the symptoms arise after a recent accident/trauma?
  3. Is taxing not possible?
  4. Do you suffer from constant pain that does not subside at rest or when changing position?
  5. Does the pain persist at night or get worse?
  6. Are you currently feeling ill or unwell?
  7. Is there a longer-standing (unexplained) fever?
  8. Have you recently lost weight inexplicably (more than 5 kg/month)
  9. Do you use long-term corticosteroids (e.g. Prednisone)
  10. Are you taking drugs that are administered through an IV or injection into a vein?
  11. Have you had cancer (in the past)?
  12. Do you suffer from severe incontinence (urine and/or faeces)
  13. Do you suffer from leg radiation, loss of strength, numbness and or tingling?
  14. Do you have pain/radiation when coughing/sneezing or squeezing?
  15. Do you suffer from sensation reduction in the inner thighs?
